Over the past few years, I’ve developed an interest in game development. I love the idea of being able to put my studies of computer science to use in creative projects. Specifically, I’m interested in design, logic, algorithms, and level creation. I’m also excited to find situations where I can implement artificially intelligent agents for games. I really enjoy the process of taking an abstract idea and reasoning about what has to happen in the code to make it work. I like designing puzzles and strategy games. I’m extremely impressed by the beautifully artistic games that are being made currently, and I hope to be able to become a part of the game development industry.

I’ve programmed a few games in Java for class projects, and I’ve done some work learning to develop apps for iOS devices in Objective C. I have a couple cool ideas for iOS games in the works, and I’m hoping to have one completed in the very near future!
